Villager's tasks & rewards

Every day, the villagers have tasks for you. Each villager gives you a set of tasks asking for specific items. Deliver the items they want, and they'll reward you with gold, silver, and XP.

How tasks work

Daily Reset

Tasks refresh every day. Each villager you've unlocked gives you a batch of tasks:

  • 10 tasks per villager (15 tasks if you have an active visa)

Unlocking villagers

Villagers become available as you level up. When you reach a new level and unlock a new villager, you'll start receiving tasks from them. Higher-level villagers request rarer, more valuable items but the rewards are also bigger.

Completing a task

To complete a task, you need to have the requested items in your inventory. Once you do:

  1. Visit the NPC

  2. Find the quest in their task list

  3. Hit Deliver

The items are consumed and you receive your reward instantly. No waiting, no claiming.

Rewards

Each task rewards XP plus either gold or silver.

Gold vs. Silver

A small number of your daily quests reward gold. The rest reward silver.

  • Standard players: max 2 gold tasks per NPC

  • Active visa holders: max 4 gold tasks per NPC

The daily gold pool

Gold doesn't come from thin air. There is a shared daily gold pool across all players. Here's how it works:

  1. The villagers list all the active players in a weighted random order. Players with a higher reputation score have a better chance of being processed earlier.

  2. Each player is allocated some gold tasks.

  3. Once the pool runs out, remaining players receive silver quests only instead.

This means gold is a limited resource. Not every player, even with an active Visa, is guaranteed to receive gold quests every day. Higher-score players have a slight advantage, but randomness ensures everyone still has a fair chance.

How task value is calculated

The value of a task depends on the item requested and the quantity:
Task value = item value x quantity requested

Higher levels see tasks with larger quantities and more valuable items, so get larger rewards

Visa perks

Players with an active visa receive:

  • 15 tasks per villager instead of 10

  • Max 4 gold tasks per villager instead of 2

Tips

  1. Stock up on common items: Many tasks ask for basic items in bulk. Keep a supply ready so you can complete tasks quickly.

  2. Level up to unlock new villagers: More villagers means more tasks per day, which means more rewards.

  3. Consider a visa: An active visa gives more gold tasks overall.
